Kenneth A. Sullivan, age 81, preceded in death by his wife, Emma, died on Friday, Jan. 3, 1997, in Spokane, ending his brave struggle with advanced Alzheimer's disease.
Kenny was born and raised in Montana and worked as a commercial fisherman with the U.S. Forest Service. He also was a professional card player and dealer for many years. He made his home in Omak for more than 40 years before his illness set in. He was well known as an ardent angler and outdoorsman.
He is survived by a son, Dennis Anderson of Edmonds; a sister, Hazel Nuss of Osburn, Idaho; and four grandchildren.
