MILFORD - Kenneth B. Parker Sr., 51, of 5 Stonybrook Lane, died yesterday in his home.
He leaves his wife of 28 years, Patricia A. (Birmingham) Parker; a son, Kenneth B. Parker Jr. of Hudson; three daughters, Kerrie Greer, Kimberly Parker and Katie Lynn Parker, all of Milford; his father, James W. Parker Sr. and stepmother, Ida (Hood) Parker of Bellingham; three brothers, Westboro Fire Chief James Parker Jr. and Donald Parker, both of Westboro, and Larry Parker of Mechanicsville, Va.; one sister, Kitty-Rena Brosnahan of Whitinsville; five grandchildren, nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts.
He was born in Worcester, son of Irene (Covell) Parker, and lived in Westboro 25 years before moving to Milford in 1968. He received a G.E.D. from Wentworth Institute, Boston. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Parker was a security supervisor at E.M.C. Corp. in Hopkinton. He also worked as a mechanic at car dealerships in the area and at Micro Cast Dental Lab in Framingham and First Securities in Westboro. He was an on-call fireman for the Westboro and Milford fire departments.
