  Providence Journal (RI) December 3, 2014 CHADWICK, MILDRED M. 91, of Bellingham and formerly of North Smithfield, Pawtucket and Cumberland passed away Sunday in the Mt. St. Rita Health Center, Cumberland. She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Chadwick Sr. Born in Cumberland she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Mildred V. (Russell) Babbitt. Mrs. Chadwick was employed by the former Fram Corp., East Providence for many years until her retirement. She leaves three children, James F. Chadwick, Sr. of Pawtucket; Kevin Chadwick of St. Louis, MO and Mary Ellen Flynn of Bellingham, one brother Francis Babbitt of Naples, FL and 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Linda Wood and brother of the late Charles, John and William Babbitt and Patricia Hines.
