  The Otsego Farmer December 18, 1969 Mrs. Cecil Elliott, aged 54, of Milford, died Thursday, December 11 at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown, where she had been a patient since November 25. Mr. Elliott was bom December 18, 1914, at Garrattsville the daughter of William and Minnie (Perkins) Tyler, She was married to Cecil Elliott on August 23, 1932, in Milford. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Paul Juhl and Mrs. Robert Juhl both of Middlefield; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Beckstand of Utica; four brothers, Kenneth Tyler, Sr. of Pierstown, Leo of Middlefield, Herbert of Randall and Lewis of Sangerfield; four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
