Cooperstown - Mrs. Lulu E. Dyer, 88 formerly of Schuyler Lake, died Sund
ay morning at the Radcliff Rest Home, Laurens, where she had resided for two years.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, in Ingalls Funeral Home, Cooperstown, with the Rev. Stanley Smith, pastor of Richfield Springs Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Schuyler Lake cemetery.
Mrs. Dyer was born Aug. 25, 1876 at Schuyler Lake, daughter of Hiram and Freelove (Rose) Smith. She was married to H. Lysle Dyer Feb. 5, 1905. He died April 21, 1960.
She is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Floyd Wayman of Hartwick; two step-grandchildren, Douglas Wayman, Hartwick, and Dean Wayman, Cooperstown; four step-great grandchildren; a niece Mrs. Clyde Smith, Gilbertsville; two nephews, Charles V. Morris of Gilbertsville, and Herman H. Pratt, Richfield Springs, and a cousin, Mrs. Rose M. Veber, Washington, D.C.
