  Obituary Stuart W. Chase, aged 72, of Slave Street, Burlington Flats, died November 24, in Fox Hospital, Oneonta, following a long illness. Mr. Chase was born May 21, 1897, in Burlington Flats, the son of Duane and Della (VanWagner) Chase. He graduated from Leonardsville High School and was a self-employed plumber. He attended the Burlington Flats Baptist Church. Surviving are two brothers, Roger Chase of Leonardsville and Ivan Chase of Roseville, Mich., and several cousins.
