  	The Otsego Farmer September 16, 1898 Burlington Flats -The marriage of Miss Neva C. Talbot and Albert Gils on of North Litchfield, was celebrated Wednesday, Sept. 7, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arba C. Talbot of North Edmeston, the parents of the bride. The Rev. A. Mac Callum performed the ceremony at 12 o'clock noon, in the presence of a company of relatives and friends who afterward partook of dinner with the bride and bridegroom. Mr. and Mrs. Gilson left in the afternoon for North Litchfield. All who know them most cordially wish this estimable young couple every happiness in their future life.

  The Courier January 11, 1968 Frank C. Gilson, 66, of Hackley Street, Unadilla Forks, died January 3 in St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, after a short illness. He was born in Edmeston July 5, 1901, son of Bert and Neva Talbot Gilson. He graduated from Edmeston High School, attended Cornell University and graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technolgy. He was married to Gertrude Armstrong in Canajoharie on August 3, 1929. The couple had always resided in Unadilla Forks. Mr. Gilson was an architect and was employed by several firms in Utica prior to joining the Building and Grounds Division of the State Department in Albany. He served there for 20 years. For the past five years he was a member of the firm of Clark, Clark, Mills and Gilson in Syracuse. Mr. Gilson was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Edmeston, the Winfield Masonic Lodge, American Institute of Architects, and the University Club in Albany. He was a veteran of World War II. Besides his wife, he leaves an uncle, Wayne Talbot of Burlington Flats, and three cousins, Mrs. Alfred Wietz of Ghent, Mrs. Clarence Yule of Frankfort and Miss Ruth Gilson of Long Island.
