  Newport Daily News July 8, 1963 Irving Allison Corey, 93, of 75 Green End Ave., Middletown, photagrapher, artist and musician, died suddenly yesterday in Newport Hospital. He was born in Portsmouth March 5, 1970, youngest son of Edward P. and Maria Porter Coreyt and was the last survivor of that generation. He was married to Florence M. Potter of Newport in 1896, she died in 1929. Mr. Corey had a photography studio on Green End Avenue for more than 50 years. He was also a musician, having played with the Newport Municipal Band and having been first violin in the orchestra at the Opera House years ago. He was a charter member of the Newport Art Association where he displayed many of his paintings. Surviving are a son, Edward C. Corey of Del Ray Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Lois C. Blick of Washington D.C., and Mrs. Eva C. Panunazio of Middltown; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Burial will be in Portsmouth cemetery.
