  Newport Daily News October 2, 1956 Mrs. Lillian Oswald Hedly Loy, 87, of 1152 West Main Road, Portsmouth, died today at the Nelson Nursing Home in Middletown. Mrs. Loy was born in Portsmouth on Oct. 5, 1868. the daughter of Israel and Laura Oswald [sic]. She lived in Portsmouth all her life. Surviving are her husband, Ellsworth Loy of Mount Vernon, Ohio; a son, Atwell Hedly of Portsmouth; two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Thomas of 10 Mary St. Newport, and Mrs. Inez Huddleston of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two grandchildren.
