  Berkshire Eagle July 3, 1999 PITTSFIELD -- Virginia E. Joyner, 80, formerly of Rose Manor Apartments, died Thursday evening at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Rochester, N.Y., on Feb. 28, 1919, daughter of Charles and Mary Dionese Carrado, she came to Lee as a young girl and attended Lee High School.. She was employed by the former Smith Paper Co. until moving to Pittsfield, where she was employed by GE in the ordnance division as an assembler. She retired in 1968 because of ill health. Mrs. Joyner was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church and a member of its Rosary Sodality. She leaves three sons, Joseph Cadenelli of New Baltimore, N.Y., and Richard T. Cadenelli and James Pierce, both of Pittsfield; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Mermet of Pittsfield and Mrs. Carmella Baccoli of Ocala, Fla.; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
