  The Buffalo News (NY) April 12, 2000 Leona Joslin Crouse, 87, a native of Springville and a former employee of Gowanda-Helmuth Hospital, died Saturday (April 8, 2000) in Casa Arena Blanca Nursing Home in Alamogordo, N.M., after a long illness. She worked for the hospital in Gowanda for many years. Her husband, Charles, died in 1991. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ann Landers of La Luz, N.M., and Jean Vasquez of Colorado, and two grandchildren.
