  Per 1930 census, Geraldine was adopted ____ The Oregonian (Portland, OR) April 23, 2001 Geraldine Gladys Hill died April 16, 2001, at age 82. Mrs. Hill was born Geraldine Gladys Briggs on April 30, 1918, in Helena, Mont. She moved to Tillamook in 1948 and to Hillsboro in 1954. She became a sales clerk and assistant buyer at Charles F. Berg in 1955 and retired in 1983. She married Keith Hill in 1940; he died in 1983. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Hill Hadley; and two grandchildren.
