  The Columbus Dispatch (OH) January 19, 2011 Doris M. McDaniel, age 87, passed away December 19, 2010, in Bonita Springs, FL. She was born February 20, 1923 in Columbus, OH where she lived until moving to Bonita Springs seven years ago. Doris spent most of her life lovingly caring for her family at home until she began working at Lazarus as a part-time regular, retiring about 25 years ago. Throughout her life she enjoyed swimming, doing word puzzles, and playing cards and Scrabble. Doris is survived by her three children, Jeff (Anne) McDaniel, Williamsburg, VA., Jenifer (John) Nance, Estero, FL., Jodelle (Al) Munroe, Virginia Beach, VA; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters in law; and several nieces and nephews. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Dale McDaniel and three siblings.
