  New York Times June 22, 1915 Dr. William H. Gregg, noted as a chemist and naturalist, died yesterday at St. Cloud, Fla., in his eighty-fifth year. He was born in Elmira, N. Y. and was graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Besides his chemical researches, he wrote many books and pamphlets on bird life, one of the best known being a classification of bird life at Chemung, N. Y. Dr. Gregg was a member of the State Medical Society and the American Association for the Advancement od Science. His widow survives him.
