Arnold E. Haskell of Binghamton
Arnold E. Haskell, 82, went to be with the Lord Sunday, April 18, 2004. He was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, J. Virginia Haskell; grandson, Brian Haskell; and brother, Gerald Haskell.
He is survived by his children, Gayle Haskell and Elaine LaBelle, Verne and Judy Haskell, Scott and Paula Haskell, and Beth Haskell; seven grandchildren, Craig, Dawn, Eric, Luke, Emma, Jack and Leah; brother, Robert (Bill) and Irene Haskell; sister-in-law, Lois Haskell; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Arnold was a WWII Army Veteran. He was a longtime member of the First Church of the Nazarene and was given the Distinguished Service award for his example of Holiness, Service and Fellowship. He also belonged to the Hawleyton Historical Society. He was an avid gardener and sports fan. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
