  The Deseret News June 11, 1992 Emogene Rose Harenberg, age 82, died June 9, 1992 in Salt Lake City. She was born March 24, 1910 in Hyrum, Utah, to Joseph Walter and LaVina Amella Allen Rose. Married John Jack'' W. Harenberg in the Logan LDS Temple; he died Dec. 27, 1984. She was an active member of the LDS Church. Survived by her sisters, Mrs. Dan (Merle) Williams, Mrs. Phyllis R. Pope, both of Salt Lake City; step-daughter, Mrs. Richard (Jackie) Thomason, Denver, Colo. Preceded in death by parents, four sister, Lyle Mills, Virginia Barker, LaRue Thomas, Afton Davis.
