Jackie Lynn Burk, 56, passed away Monday, April 7, 2003 after a valiant fight against cancer. At the time of her death she was surrounded by many of her loving family. Jackie was born in Murray, Utah, November 14, 1946 to Jack Linden Divine and Lugene Bailey Divine. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in France. She continued to serve in many capacities. She attended BYU. She lived for a time in Kennewick, WA, and worked as a Corrections Officer there. She loved to sing, sew, and be with her family and friends. She was full of faith and courage.
She was the loving mother of four children and grandmother of 10 grandchildren. Survived by children: Wendy (Dave) Johnson, Nancy (Ron) Davies, Cheri (David) Baker, and Brian (Trisha) Burk. Sisters Gloria (Ray) Hintze, Rena (Terry) Stroud, and Cheryl Divine. Brothers Mark (Teresa) Divine, and Scott Divine.
Preceded in death by parents Jack and Lugene Divine.
Interment Murray City Cemetery.
