NORTH OGDEN - Sharon Hall Williams, 65, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend died peacefully in her home on Monday, June 23, 2003, after a year long courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 3, 1938, to Glen L. and Verona Wood Hall.
She married L. Garth Williams on Aug. 28, 1959 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple and they were blessed with three wonderful children.
Sharon was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and she served in the Primary, Relief Society, scouting and as Stake Missionary. Her greatest joy in life came from her family.
She earned an Associates degree from Weber State College and her Bachelors of Education from Utah State University in 1960. She loved teaching at Lewis Elementary for the past 18 years where she was able to touch many lives. She also cared for many other children in her home as she raised her own family. She was full of energy and loved serving others, she never lost her sense of humor and good spirit through all of her trials. She lived life to the fullest even until the end.
Surviving are her husband, her children and their spouses; Suzanne (Mark) Dennison, North Ogden; Allyson (Stan) Shogren, Brigham City; Brett (Marny) Williams, Ogden; her grandchildren, Celeste, A.J., David, Robbie, Brendon, Amanda, Michael and Jonathan; one great-grandson, Preston and her brother, Blake (Diane) Hall, Emmett, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three grandchildren, Camille, Nichole and Justin Dennison. The one thing that gave her comfort in dying was knowing she would be reunited with her sweet grandchildren again.
Interment in the Ben Lomond Cemetery, North Ogden.
