  The Deseret News May 28, 1999 Victor B. Christoffersen, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Born in Hyde Park, Utah on November 30th 1928 to George and Lizzie Kirby Christoffersen. Passed on to a better place May 26th, 1999. Survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Helen Yeates; sons: B. Kent (Marsha); Joe (Carlee); daughters: Gaye, Vickie, Peggy and Jill (Brad); two brothers: Fenton and Eugene Christoffersen; two sisters: Golda Follett and Kathryn Raymond; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren who were the light of his life. He was a skilled heavy equipment operator and member of Operating Engineers - Local #3. A man who loved with all his heart, we'll always love him with all of ours! The family would like to express their thanks to the critical care unit at St. Mark's Hospital and a special thanks to Ron Mills, DeEtta Barta, and the Mawson family.
