  The Charles City Press April 14, 1974 Mrs. Willis E. Smith, 54, 1607 N. Grand Ave., died at her home Sunday afternoon. Burial will be made at Riverside Cemetery. Elaine Doris O'Donnell was born March 26, 1920, at Alta Vista. She attended Alta Vista schools and on Oct. 11, 1939, married Clarence Wegner. On May 1, 1964, she and Willis Smith were married in Greeley, Colorado. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxillary and was employed at Ray's Pizza Kitchens. Survivors include her husband, Willis; a daughter, Mrs. Lawrence (Joyce) Tegelmeir, Charles City; two sons, Roger Wegner, Ionia and Terry Wegner, Charles City; two brothers, Donald O'Donnell, Cedar Rapids and Ronald O'Donnell, Salem, Ind.; and two sisters, Mrs. Cletus (Thelma) Boehmer, Charles City and Mrs. Leo (Vera) Ross, Osage.
