  The Kalamazoo Gazette January 21, 1886 Luther Graves, aged 90 years, died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Fairman; on the corner of Lake and Portage streets, Sunday night. In his younger days Mr. Graves was one of the most prosperous business men of Rochester N. Y., was a leader in society and served a term as mayor.
