  The Oregonian June 26, 1994 ALDA IRENE STEARNS Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. June 28, 1994, in Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard. Mrs. Stearns died June 24, 1994, of a heart attack at age 77. She was born Sept. 18, 1916, in Sherwood and had lived in Tigard for 52 years. Her maiden name was Snyder. In 1938, she married Charles Stearns, who died in 1985. Surviving are sons, Emery of Tigard and Marvin of Scholls; daughters, Linda Sutton of Tigard and Shirley Stearns of Beaverton; sisters, Gladys Cereghino and Dorothy Houston, both of Sherwood; brother, Floyd Snyder of Toledo; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
