Ellen Eileen Percival, 88, passed away Monday, August, 9, 2010 at Highland Park Care Center Alliance, Nebraska.
Eileen was born June 19, 1922 in Alliance, Nebraska, the daughter of Dr. Everett Bernard O'Keefe and Helen Mae (Schott) O'Keefe.
She graduated from St. Agnes Academy in 1940 and married Thomas E. "Ted" Percival in Alliance on August 16, 1943. To this union were born, Jane, Helen, Kay, Tom and Ned.
During World War II she worked as a secretary for the former C.B. & Q. Railroad.
She was member of Holy Rosary Parish and served on the Altar Society. Eileen was Baptized, received First Holy Communion, was Confirmed, united in Marriage and all five of her children were baptized at Holy Rosary Church by Monsignor Manning.
She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the Knight Museum Partners and the Friends of the Library. Eileen was an avid bridge player.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Dr. Robert Bernard O'Keefe.
