  DETROIT FREE PRESS Thursday, March 5, 1987 Attorney Forbes S. Hascall, 83, who in 1933 was Birmingham's first justice of the peace, died Sunday in Camden, Ala. Mr. Hascall, a former Birmingham resident, was a 1928 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He moved to Alabama when he retired two years ago. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Birmingham, the Birmingham Rotary Club and the Birmingham Gun Club. He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Luker, and a grandson. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Troy.
