  	Grand Rapids Herald May 26, 1926 Flint, Mich., May 25 - William E. Stewart, captain of the Flint Blues, returned here from Island Lake Monday night to visit his parents before going to Chickamauga. He greatly surprised society circles tonight by leading one of Flint's fairest daughters to the hymnensal altar. The marriage service was performed at the home of the bride. Miss Genevieve Hascall, by the Rev. R. E. McDuff. The newly wedded couple left on the evening train for Detroit and other points on a breif wedding trip. Mr. Stewart is to report at Island Lake Thursday to take charge of his company.
