WALTERBORO - Ms. Betty Ruth Shupe, 75, of 116 Neyle Street, died Saturday, July 1, 2006, at Colleton Medical Center.
Interment will follow at Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
Ms. Shupe was born May 3, 1931, and was the daughter of the late Palmer and Eva Connelly Hudson. She was first married to the late William Love "Billy" Hascall. She was a retired CNA with Bay View Nursing Home in Beaufort and was a member of First Baptist Church of Walterboro. She will always be remembered for centering her life around her loving family and friends. She was known as a people person who loved to travel, loved life, loved the outdoors and especially fishing.
Surviving are: her children Pamela H. Berry and her husband Phil of Walterboro, and William Dale Hascall and his wife Debbi of Walterboro; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
