• Notes

  William was a newspaper editor and printer. He lived in Malone New York until aged 20. Then went to LaCrosse Wisconsin for two years. He resided in Durand Wisconsin since 1871. He served in the Wisconsin assembly in 1883. He served as Chairman of the County Board of Supervisors in 1886-1887. In 1915 he was a Justice of the Peace.
