  Newsletter of the Haskell Family Society Volume 9, No. 3, September 2000 On 2 December 1959: DR. ALARIC W. HASKELL, 93, dean of Maine dentists, died at his home on Federal Street, Brunswick, Maine, USA. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery. One son survives. A native of Turner, Maine, Dr. Haskell practiced dentistry in Brunswick for 66 years before retiring in 1955. Bowdoin College had awarded Dr. Haskell an honorary doctor of science degree in 1946. He - also received many state and local awards.
