  Redding Record Searchlight (CA) February 28, 1996 PUFFER - Services for former Redding resident Harold L. Puffer, 89, of Pis mo Beach will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Puffer died Sunday, Feb. 25, 1996, at Arroyo Grande Care Center in Arroyo Grande. He lived in Shasta County for 19 years before going overseas in 1963. He was a teacher, vice principal, principal and assistant superintendent for Shasta High School. He was also a member of the masons, Ben Ali Shrine in Redding, Rotary Club in Redding and Toastmasters in Redding. Survivors include wife Mary; stepson Ron Chaddack of Rio Vista; daughter Marilyn Loucks of Redding; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
