Carroll E. McCreary, 79, of Richmond, died January 18, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Vaneta M. McCreary; son, Scott A. McCreary and his wife, Laurie; brother, Mearl McCreary and his wife, Melba of Albany, Ga.; and sister, Erma Jean Davis of San Diego, Calif.
Mr. McCreary was an Army veteran of World War II, was Past Grand Master of Masonic Blue Lodge in Pierre, S.D., was a member of ACCA Shrine Temple, the V.F.W. and the American Legion. He worked as a civil engineer for the federal government and was retired from DGSC.
Interment Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
