  Douglas Budget, Douglas, WY April 23, 1987 Mrs. Karon Fay Hascall, 31, of Columbia Falls, Mont., died in the Kalispell Regional Hospital, April 8, following an 18-month illness. She was born July 20, 1955, in Odessa, Texas, to Sanford and Floy Hawthorn. She attended elementary schools in Andrews, Texas and Eunice, N.M. and was a graduate of the Converse County High School of Douglas, in the class of 1974. She had sung in duet and trio groups in high school and lettered in music. During her high school years she had worked for Peg Leonard, a journalist of Douglas. She then attended Casper College. On Dec. 20, 1975, she married Mike Hascall in Casper. In January 1976 they moved to Flathead Valley and had lived there since that time. Mrs. Hascall was an active member of the Easthaven Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher and sang in the choir. She also served in the church day care for a number of years. She is survived by her husband, Michael J. Hascall and daughter, Alicia K. Hascall at the family home in Columbia Falls; her parents, Sanford and Floy Hawthorn of Douglas; her twin sister, Sharon K. Ness of Billings, Mont., and sister, Theresa P. Morton of Douglas; her grandmother, Rocky P. Whitwell of Palestine, Texas and numerous other relatives.
