Winnemucca - Marriage of Karen Hascall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Ha
scall of Winnemucca; and Robert Norris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norris of Yoncalla, Ore., was solomnized in the First Baptist Church on West Fifth Street.
The Rev. LaVern Inzer officiated. "Wither Thou Goest" was sung by Rex Langston with Mrs. Fred Elwell accompanist. The latter also played Lohengrin's Wedding March. Pink mums decorated the altar.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Bridesmaid was Rene Chabagno; Gerald Gess was the best man and Patrick Hascall, brother of the bride ushered.
At the reception in Odd Fellows Hall the three tiered wedding cake centered a hand embroidered cloth. Mrs. Hugh Edmunds, Mrs. Carl Jordan and Mrs. William Foree served wedding cake and punch.
A graduate of Humboldt County High School, the new Mrs. Norris is employed at the First National Bank. Her husband is a graduate of Carson City High School and is employed by the Nevada Highway Department.
Guests came from Oregon, Idaho and Reno for the wedding and reception.
