South Portland, October 27. - Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at 230 Cottage Road for Mrs. Anna N. Hascall, 79, of 45 New York Avenue, former field secretary of the Children's Home of Auburn and Opportunity Farm, New Gloucester, who died early today in Portland. Interment will be at Durham.
Mrs. Hascall was born June 14, 1869, at Shediac, N. B. She recieved her schooling there and came to Portland as a young woman. She was the first field secretary of the Auburn Children's Home and continued in field secretary work for Opportunity Farm. She later served the Portland's Boys' Club for several years prior to retiring from active work. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Portland.
Surviving are two sons, Lincoln H. Hascall, Sr., South Portland, and Bruce S. Hascall, Portland, and four grandchildren.
