  Eleanor moved to Ridgefield, Clark, Washington with her husband and two sons circa 1933, where they lived for 35 years. They moved to Bellingham Washington in 1970 to live near their daughter. ____ Bellingham Herald January 15, 1979 Northup, M. Eleanor, age 77, of 1200 Lincoln, passed away Fri. Jan. 12, 1979. Mrs. Northup was a retired cook at the Ridgefield School Dist. She had resided in this community since 1970 after spending 46 years in Ridgefield, Wash. She attended the Silver Beach Community Church & was a member of the Ridgefield Community Methodist Church. She and her husband, Edison had been married since Feb. 14, 1926. She is also survived by 1 son, Dean E. Northup of Springfield, Oregon. 2 daughters; Mrs. Ben (Carol) Cain of city & Mrs. Marvin (Joyce) Harris of Rockport, WA. 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren. 1 brother, Louis Hascall of Eugene, Ore. 1 sister, Daphna Merkling of Pendleton, Ore.
