The wedding of Miss Evelyn Fulbright, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Fulbr
ight of Hermiston, and Gilbert B. Hascall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Hascall of Pilot Rock was an event of Friday, Nov. 17 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of the Pilot Rock Presbyterian Church. The double ring ceremony was read by the rev. Raymond Riece, pastor of the church.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, was lovely in a street length dress of light blue brocaded taffeta, worn with white accessories and she carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations, centered with creamy white rosebuds.
Only immediate members of both families attended, and included the groom's and bride's parents, and Mr. and Mrs. Truman Cross, Jr., brother in law and sister of the groom. Both mothers wore dark floral print dresses and white carnation corsages.
Following a short wedding trip the young couple is at home at the Hascall ranch on West Birch Creek. The groom is employed at the Kerns Co. in Pilot Rock. He is a graduate of the local high school and attended EOC. The bride is a graduate of Hermiston High School.
