  Oregonian, The (Portland, OR) September 7, 2004 Virgil E. Hascall A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, in Bennett Chapel United Methodist Church in Portland for Virgil E. Hascall, who died Sept. 2 at age 72. Mr. Hascall was born Dec. 3, 1931, in Portland, where he lived all his life. He graduated from Franklin High School and was a car man for Portland Terminal Railroad. He married Joan R. Bailey in 1950. Survivors include his wife; sons, Raymond and Kenneth; daughter, Patti A. Wambold; sister, Joanne Gornick; brother, Roger; and four grandchildren.
