  Lewiston Evening Journal December 14, 1925 Durham - Dec. 14 (Special) - Mrs. Rose M. Sewall, wife of George L. Sewall, of this town, died very suddenly, early Monday. Mrs. Sewall had not been in her usual health for the last four days and on Sunday sent for the family physician, but she had been about the house as usual. She awaoke on Monday morning and spoke to her husband and then passed away almost immediately. Mrs. Sewall was born in West Durham the daughter of James A. and Meline Hascall, and she was a life long resident of this town. She was one of the oldest members of Eureka grange and one of the foremost workers in the organization. Besides her husband she leaves a son, James Sewall of Woburn, Mass., two daughters, Mrs. Dwight Marble of Auburn, and Mrs. Julian Sylvester of Durham, two brothers, Charles Hascall of Auburn and Chellis Hascall of Durham and five grandchildren.
