Porter was born on June 17, 1947 in Oklahoma City. Porter's parents were William "Bill" E. Davis and Margret Haskell. He was a loving husband, father, friend and faithful servant of the Lord. He was married to his loving wife Terri for 47 years and they have three daughters Dominique, Caroline and dearly departed Stephani, as well as four grandchildren, Daxton, Levi, Mia and Riley. Porter had five siblings and is survived by three. Charles and his wife Libbi, Elizabeth and Marnie. His dearly departed sister Anne, 2014 and his beloved brother Richard 2018.
