  The Oregonian (Portland, OR) December 24, 1997 A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, 1997, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Salem for Ruby M. Mishler, who died Dec. 21 at age 91. Mrs. Mishler was born June 25, 1906, in Mehama. Her maiden name was Drager. She graduated from Oregon State College, now Oregon State University. She taught in Philomath and Fremont, Calif., and at Grant High School in Portland. She lived in Lake Oswego for more than 30 years before moving to Salem in 1992. Survivors include her sister, Doris Saffron of Salem; brothers, John Drager of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Robert Drager of Salem; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Her daughter, Nan Colhouer, preceded her in death.
