  The Daily Oklahoman (Oklahoma City, OK) May 26, 1999 DRAGER John C., age 91, of Oklahoma City, passed away May 24, 1999, at his home. Jack was born October 7, 1907, in Salem, OR, to Hester and Rue Drager. He was reared and schooled in Salem, OR, graduating from Oregon State University with an engineering degree. Jack joined Caltex, a subsidiary of Texaco, and worked overseas for 35 years-25 of those years in China, and 10 in Turkey and other parts of Europe. He met his future wife, Bertha Ours, in Honolulu, and they later married in Shanghai,China. Jack is survived by Bertha, his wife of over 65 years; his sister, Doris Saffron of Salem, OR; a niece, Rae Moore of St. Louis, MO; friends, Bob Harward and Jack Huddleston and other special friends.
