  Sentinel & Enterprise EAST HAVEN, Vt. -- Dorothy E. Weymouth, 86, of East Haven, died Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 7, at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, St. Johnsbury, Vt. She was born on April 17, 1919, in Leominster, the daughter of the late Clarence A. and Annie (Day) Bachand. In 1937, she graduated from Leominster High School as valedictorian of her class. On May 14, 1938, she married Daniel Fayette 'Fay' Weymouth. While in Leominster, she was a parishioner of St. Leo's Parish, was active in the PTA of St. Leo's Catholic School, and was a member of the Daughters of Isabella. She worked with her husband's business, D.F. Weymouth Express trucking company, until 1967 when they sold their business. The Weymouths moved to the Lyndon, Vt., area and began Weymouth Auto Parts where she worked more than 35 years as co-owner and bookkeeper. Her family was always her first priority. She enjoyed her flower gardens and houseplants, her cats, dining out, flower shows, and going on bus tours. Mrs. Weymouth is survived by her husband of 68 years, Fay Weymouth of Lyndonville, Vt.; (601 Red Village Rd. 05851); three sons, Ken Weymouth and wife, JoAnne, of Lyndonville, Vt., Donald Weymouth and wife, Pamela, of Medford, Mark Weymouth and wife, Cathy, of Georgia, Vt.; a daughter, Patricia Paine and husband, Edward, of Bar Harbor, Maine; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Earl Weymouth of Leominster; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Alden Bachand; and three sisters, Irene Loecher, Myrtle Loecher, and Flora Parker.
