Bangor - Edna B. Haskell, 92, of 12 Katahdin St., died July 27, 1989, at a local hospital, after a lengthy illness. She was born at Oakland, July 22, 1987, the daughter of Sydney and Ada (Blethen) Wentworth.
She was a member of the class of 1916 of Thomas College in Waterville. and worked at the Register of Motor Vehicle Office in Augusta for several years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard A. Haskell, in 1970; and a son, Carl Haskell in 1966.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Frank (Muriel) Sargent of Eddington, Mrs. Herbert (Frances) Rowe and Mrs. Donald (Bertha) Ellis, both of Bangor; grandchildren. James Rowe of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., Terry L. Rowe of Merrimack, N.H., Gene W. Rowe of San Jose, Calif., Bonnie Sargent Whitney of Brewer, Pamela Ellis Coulter of Jacksonville, Fla., Robin Whalen of South Carolina, Linda Deedham of Phoenix, Ariz., Carl Haskell of Santa Paula, Calif., Cindy Taylor of Rutland, Vt., and Randy Haskell of South Londonderry, Vt.: 10 great grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
