White Sulphur Springs, Dec. 15 - Graveside services were held for Frederick A. Stimpson, 91, a pioneer of the eastern part of Meagher county, who died in the Wheatland Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. Stimpson was born in the vicinity of Boston, and came to Montana in early days to engage in freighting. later locating a ranch near Martinsdale which was recently sold to the Settle company.
Surviving are a granddaughter, Florence Haunch; a grandson, Fred Stimpson, and the widow of his son, Charles, Mrs. Julia Stimpson, all of Redwood City, California.
