She enjoyed hiking and picking berries with her family. Her husband, Irvin, died in 1992, and Mrs. Barrett lived with her son, David, for the past 10 years. Survivors include three daughters, Claudia Cook of Vancouver, and Ruth Lyman and Becky Stover, both of Nampa, Idaho; five sons, Mike of Las Vegas, Jon of Osan Air Base in Korea and Steve, Phillip and David, all of Vancouver; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
