  Daily Breeze April 3, 2009 Ruth Elanor (Hunt) Livingston, born November 8, 1919, passed away at March 28, 2009, at Del Amo Gardens Convalescent Center in Torrance, CA. Ruth was married to Perry Livingston for 60 years and lived in Southern California for 80 years. Ruth was born in Coalinga, CA to Mabel and Ellis Hunt. Ruth worked for the California Water Service for 30 years; she was a member of Eastern Star of Redondo Beach, and the Ephiphylam Society of Palos Verdes and held various offices in each. Ruth and her husband Perry participated in ice skating shows across the U.S. both as contestants and judges. Ruth loved boating with her family, mostly out of King Harbor. Ruth is survived by her husband, Perry; two daughters, Verna Irvine and Karyn Livingston; two brothers, Harold Hunt and Kenneth Hunt; many nieces and nephews and four grandchildren. Sons, Steven Fischer and Perry B. Livingston III, and grandson, Michael Burns, passed before her.
