Ludger "Bob" Gosselin, 61, of Rockland, N.Y., died Saturday, April 10, 1999, in Harrisonburg, Va. Mr. Gosselin was born Oct. 11, 1931, in New Hampshire, son of the late Ludger Moses and Phyllis (Haskell) Gosselin. He had lived in Rockland since 1953 and had previously been a resident of Gar nerville, N.Y., for 23 years.
He was the husband of Shirley (Baisley) Gosselin, whom he married Aug. 3, 1958, at the First United Methodist Church in Stony Point, N.Y.
Mr. Gosselin had been the owner of The Gosselin & Sons Plumbing of Garnerville for 23 years before retiring in 1996. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include two sons, Robert and David Gosselin two daughters, Hope Talgo and Laurie Stienback a sister, Patricia Bel lavance of New Hampshire five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
