  Concord Monitor (NH) April 4, 2006 Ft. MYERS, Fla. -- Bertha S. Haskell, 91, formerly of Newfound Lake in Bristol, died Friday, March 31, 2006. She was born Aug. 3, 1914, in Haverhill, a daughter of the late Fred I. and Mary E. Stevens, she worked at the New Hampshire Savings Bank for many years. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed wood carving and playing cards. Mrs. Haskell is survived by her brother, Fred Stevens of South Berwick, Maine; her sister, Helen M. Stevens of Newfound Lake in Bristol; her granddaughters, Kendra and Tracey, and her daughter-in-law, Beverly Haskell, all of Bar Harbor, Maine; and her two great-grandchildren. Bertha was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth; her son, Kenneth Jr.; four sisters; and two brothers.
