HOPKINTON -- Gerald "Jerry" Haskell, 66, of Hopkinton, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2004, at home after an illness. He was the husband of Carol (Quimby) Haskell for 43 years.
Born in Framingham, he was the son of Pauline (Spangler) Haskell of Westborough and the late Prescott Haskell.
From 1954 to 1958, he served in the U.S. Army with the paratroopers as a specialist third class. Mr. Haskell was a machinist at Carlin Machine Co. in Southborough, retiring in 2000. A member of the Hudson Lodge of Elks for 33 years, he was a member of the American Legion Post 202 in Hopkinton and the Indian Ranch Men's Club.
Besides his wife and mother, he leaves his children, Lisa P. Lasorsa of Grafton, Heidi R. White of Milford, Cindy J. Haskell of Westborough and Jerry Haskell of Milford; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Benjamin White, Jordan Haskell, Samantha and Alyssa Haskell, and Amanda, Tiana and Joey Lasorsa.
He was the brother of the late Joan A. Thompson and Carol (Haskell) O'Brien of Westborough.
