WENHAM — Bettyjean (Haskell) Pelletier, 78, beloved wife of Robert A. Pelletier, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday, August 27, at her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Beverly, she is the daughter of the late Frank and Mildred (Parker) Haskell.
Mrs. Pelletier worked as a dietary aid at Beverly hospital and the Sylvania Plant while in high school. She also worked with her loving husband at Atlantic TV and at Ames in Beverly before retiring. Mrs. Pelletier loved spending time and cooking with her family. She was also an avid knitter with many loving sweaters made for her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her four daughters, Robin Wilson and Dawn Pelletier of Wenham, and Candy McNeill of Danvers, and Tracye Jernegan of Ipswich; one son, Joseph Pelletier of Danvers; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Norman Haskell and William Haskell; one sister, Sharon Ballentine. She is sister of the late Donald Haskell, Frankie Haskell and Robert Haskell.
