  Northwest Arkansas Times April 18, 1962 Dr. Billy Leroy Haskell, 26, of Prairie Grove, died at his home this morning after an extended illness. He was born Oct. 15, 1935 at Woolsey, son of Cletis and Francis Haskell. He was a member of the Church of Christ at West Fork. He attended the University of Arkansas, was graduated from Kansas City Dental School, and practiced dentistry at Norton, Kan. He is survived by his parents of Prairie Grove, three sisters, Mrs. Maxine Caudle, Mrs. Ruth Ann Sellers, and Mrs. Reta Carney all of Fayetteville, His paternal grandmother, Mrs. Della Haskell of Springfield, Col., and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.S.
